Burnbrae Property is led by husband-and-wife team Heather and Alastair, who bring a unique mix of practical experience, care, and long-term vision to every project.

Heather comes from a background in lecturing in Childhood Studies, with a particular passion for Equality, Inclusion, and supporting children and young people with additional needs. Alastair’s background in engineering and steel-frame construction brings technical knowledge and solid problem-solving to the table.
​
Away from property, the pair run a small farm where Alastair continues to enjoy working with his cows. They’re also the founders of Burnbrae Australian Labradoodles, a long-standing business focused on therapy dog lines, with connections to families around the world. In fact, a few of their happy dog owners may soon be Burnbrae Property investors too!

Heather and Alastair don’t just talk about property development - they’ve lived it. One of their biggest achievements was fully project managing and hands-on working on a four-bedroom self-build, taking it from initial planning right through to completion.
